Brian James Car Transporter Trailer. Here we have my 16′ long bed trailer, i have recently upgraded so this is now for sale. I have owned this trailer for around 8 years and in my time of ownership we have had it serviced professionally 3 times, changing : Brake shoes, pads bearings and the breaking cables. It tows perfectly, even with a load on it tows straight. Wheel arch and load legs. The wheel arch on the right hand side of the trailer comes down for ease of getting in and out of loaded vehicles, held into place with wingnuts. The load legs on the rear help keep the trailer stable while loading and unloading the trailer, proventing the trailer trying to unhook itself from the towing vehicle. This has plenty of room inside to store all of the straps (not included) in the front compartment, leaving the rear compartment clear for the remote winch and battery. The remote winch has been fitted for ease of loading non starting cars, its rated to 3000lbs (1360kg) which has been plenty for what i have needed it for, it extends to approx 30. The spare wheel is mounted on the rear left hand side of the trailer, but also comes with 2 other spare wheels. All tyres are of a good condition. The outer of the bed is galvanised metal with the inner filled in with marine ply. This makes the trailer much more of a multi use trailer too. The bed dimensions are. Bed width: 6’1 – 73inch – 185cms. Bed length: 16′ – 192inch – 488cms. Overall width 7’8 – 92inch – 234cms. Overall length 20’5 – 245inch – 622cms.
