Car towing dolly I brought this a few years ago towing mainly golf’s with it never had any issues towing lovely im gonna say its a home made one I dont really know much else about it very strong an heavy bit of kit had the mud gards off as they where to close to the bumpers of the golf gtds just not using it any more a quick spay paint will tidy her up a treat cash on collection.
