For sale is my twin axle box van trailer. It was built originally in 2001 for the Police as a scene of crime trailer designed to be a mobile office and evidence gathering unit. It is a very high spec trailer. The reinforcement under the trailer seems to be doubled up. It tows beautifully and as it is only 2m wide, you hardly notice it and it is the same width as my VW Californian van. I have towed it 5,000 miles all over the continent and been on many ferries with it without any problems. I bought the trailer two years ago and have restored it and turned it into a mobile workshop. It is one of a kind. I use it as a base for flying drones commercially and flying radio control planes as a hobby. It has new flooring, carpeting on the walls, 12v and 240v power with an isolating transformer for 240v and a battery charger/conditioner for the 12v circuit. It has LED lighting, wireless bluetooth amplifier with four speakers and mounting and charging for iPod. It also has a chemical toilet in a separate compartment with locking door. It has a huge awning and proper health and safety steps with handrails. The entire ceiling acts as a diffuser and the trailer is extremely bright. It would make a great mobile/site office, workshop, mobile shop, catering unit etc, etc. I searched for ages for this trailer and this was the only one like it that came up at a reasonable price. 4.32 m long (box) plus 1.31m (tongue) total 5.62m. Motor movers (not working). Sturdy steps for side door with hand rail. 12 V battery saver. Work I have done to it. Complete respray in the current VW California grey. All tyres replaced it was still on the original 2001 tyres! New jockey wheel assembly. New electric cable to connect to tow vehicle. Running lights repaired (offside tell tale missing cover and bulb). Doubled the size of the offside window. Stripped out all the old wall covering and removed glue. Installed rubber “coin type” flooring. Fitted E-track on all sides. Fitted LED 12V lighting. Fitted 5 240V double sockets and one European socket. Fitted 4 speakers mounted in the corners of the trailer. IPod mounted and charging. I have more photos. If you want to see them just ask.
