Enclosed car transporter trailer for suitable for race car, go kart or similar. Based on a Brian James galvanised chassis, this has steel box section frame with aluminium panels. Extensive additional storage inside and above making this quite a unique trailer featuring. Side shelf (left) foam padded to take awning/gazebo (not supplied). Side shelf on right to take storage containers/boxes (285mm wide). End shelf can take four 13″ spare wheels (I keep 10″ wide, 13 dia wheels) with space above. Storage on roof for 6 spare wheels. Mesh on side for spares. Plastic strips down sides to protect wheels during loading/unloading. Solid stop at front for loading. LED lights all round (two lights on side not working). Access door at front to help with loading and lashing. Coupling (complete and replaced with heavy duty cast type). Jockey Wheel (heavy duty). Brake Cables (upgraded to stainless steel). All brake Shoes and all brake shoe components. All tyres (8 ply trailer tyres). Remote winch with onboard battery. Bespoke heavy duty winch mount. Bespoke cover made for roof box. Internal Length (below shelves) = 328cm. Internal Width (below shelves) = 163cm. Internal Height (above shelves) = 136cm. Overall Length = 465cm. Overall Width = 203cm. Overall Height = 200cm. Plated weight is 1380kg gross or 1000kg imposed. This will not take in to account the box frame so allow around 250kg. I’ve always worked off 750kg load. The sides have been wrapped in vinyl, not professionally and there are imperfections and peeling in places and some scratches. You can see in the reflection that the surface underneath is imperfect (looks like the original paint has come off in places). Things always look better in photos so no excuses. There is surface corrosion on some of the box section used for the frame but nothing serious. Two side lights are not working.
