We have now decided on a change in plans and looking for an American camper with integral garage as we cant tow our race truck and this at the same time! It was professionally built by a teardrop camper builder up in Leyland, who used it for karting with his son, it has had very little use since build. External box dimensions are approx. 14 long x 68 wide x 94 high (to top of skylight/sat dome). Draw bar adds a further 47 to the overall length making it 187 end to end. The rear side-access garage is 53 wide x 62 deep x 56 high to main ceiling (47 from floor to underside of roller door when opened). The door is a good quality roller shutter, which moves freely up and down. It will easily house 2 full sized adult karts and the alloy chequer storage sections seen in pics are included (just screw into the walls), which also include a handy tyre rack. Note that the karts are NOT included, but I have shown a pic so you can see how they fit. The garage has a heating outlet in the floor, LED strip light, fire extinguisher, 220v mains outlet, spinning roof vent and a HD rubber floor liner to make cleaning out very easy. Inside the living accommodation, there are 2 permanent good-sized single bunk berths, with deep mattresses and bedding included, a good-sized sofa, which can double up as a kids single berth (pulls out to make it a little wider). Corner unit with sink, 10 litre cold water tank / 12v powered tap. USB charging sockets x2. Bluetooth Adastra stereo with 2 speakers and remote. Dometic 30L 12v fridge (with freezer compartment). 5kW diesel powered heating system with floor outlet (10 litre tank). Mains 30amp battery charger. 70AH house battery to run the onboard systems. 21 LCD TV/DVD (remote is missing the battery cover but works fine). Maxview Vcube II Freeview satellite dome (roof mounted). ORKA handyheat 220V fan heater / basic air con unit (cool air blower). Opening roof skylight with blackout blind. Opening side window with metal blind. Roller blind to window in the door. 2 door keys for the accommodation door. The exterior has some tasteful graphics which could be further added to with your team name/number. Shorepower 220V plugin point with lead. Rear ladder for access to the roof (strong enough to stand on as a viewing point). Side wind-out Fiamma Omnistor 5002 awning (no sides) which has just had a new gearbox fitted. Wheels and tyres were recently replaced, along with the hitch. The hitch is rated to 2700kg. Tyres are rated to 750kg each 195/55/r10. There is an unused spare wheel/tyre. Weighs approx 1500kg empty, so plenty of spare capacity to work with. The scan function works fine, but it times out before a signal is picked up. The manual says that it should ideally be oriented to north its about 120 degrees wrong where its parked! So I cant properly test this.
