We used this for many years to tow all our camping gear. Self made timber lid with faux leather cloth waterproof cover, the cover is serviceable but marked from years of use but these are inexpensive to replace. The depth was also extended to twice the original size from 350 to 700mm. It has a spare wheel but this has a puncture and will need repair. Fitted with lights and indicators, connection is the older S type socket (see photos), conversion leads are widely available to connect to the newer 13pin Sockets if that’s what’s fitted to you vehicle. It hasn’t left our garage for a while so will need a little maintenence before using it full throttle: greasing wheel hubs etc. Its been a great workhorse and we’ll be sorry to see it go. Ifor Williams GD105 trailer, 10′ Long x 5′ 1.5 Wide, Gross Weight 2700kg. The only bad point is the jockey wheel handle has striped threads and will require a helicoil or replacement of the unit.
