Quill Falcon Sand Blaster Kwikblast System plus Trailer

This is the ultimate dust free blasting machine. This item can be used on different surfaces from steel, stainless steel, wood, fibreglass, stone, concrete and plastic. It can be used on thick steel down to thin delicate steel boat hulls and brass paint removal. There’s a flow control tap so you can adjust the water flow to the amount of water you require. You can also adjust the flow control valve at the air pump this gives you the ability to speed or slow the pump up or down so you can add more or less water into the air stream. These blasters are great for use in boat yards due to its 100% dust suppression and the ability to be pushed around the work area. All you have to do is just connect a hose to the quick fitting on the side of the water filter and your ready to blast. The blast hose has 2 air lines on quick couplings. These blasters are also great for blasting delicate car shells or thin steel at low pressure due to the water keeping the area that you are blasting cool this stops the steel warping. The pot has the soft start air valve so when you operate the blast trigger there’s no air surge you just get a smooth start when blasting and also has the Multi adjustable dose valve.
