For Sale Race Trailer / Kart Trailer / Motorcross Trailer / Mobile Workshop / Overland Trailer / Camping Trailer. I bought this in April this year and it has been in storage since. We have now decided on a change in plans and looking for an American camper with integral garage as we cant tow our race truck and this at the same time! It was professionally built by a teardrop camper builder up in Leyland, who used it for karting with his son, it has had very little use since build. External box dimensions are approx. 14 long x 68 wide x 94 high (to top of skylight/sat dome). Draw bar adds a further 47 to the overall length making it 187 end to end. The rear side-access garage is 53 wide x 62 deep x 56 high to main ceiling (47 from floor to underside of roller door when opened). The door is a good quality roller shutter, which moves freely up and down. It will easily house 2 full sized adult karts and the alloy chequer storage sections seen in pics are included (just screw into the walls), which also include a handy tyre rack. Note that the karts are NOT included, but I have shown a pic so you can see how they fit. The garage has a heating outlet in the floor, LED strip light, fire extinguisher, 220v mains outlet, spinning roof vent and a HD rubber floor liner to make cleaning out very easy. Inside the living accommodation, there are 2 permanent good-sized single bunk berths, with deep mattresses and bedding included, a good-sized sofa, which can double up as a kids single berth (pulls out to make it a little wider). Corner unit with sink, 10 litre cold water tank / 12v powered tap. USB charging sockets x2. Bluetooth Adastra stereo with 2 speakers and remote. Dometic 30L 12v fridge (with freezer compartment). 5kW diesel powered heating system with floor outlet (10 litre tank). Mains 30amp battery charger. 70AH house battery to run the onboard systems. 21 LCD TV/DVD (remote is missing the battery cover but works fine). Maxview Vcube II Freeview satellite dome (roof mounted). ORKA handyheat 220V fan heater / basic air con unit (cool air blower). Opening roof skylight with blackout blind. Opening side window with metal blind. Roller blind to window in the door. 2 door keys for the accommodation door. The exterior has some tasteful graphics which could be further added to with your team name/number. Shorepower 220V plugin point with lead. Rear ladder for access to the roof (strong enough to stand on as a viewing point). Side wind-out Fiamma Omnistor 5002 awning (no sides) which has just had a new gearbox fitted. Wheels and tyres were recently replaced, along with the hitch. The hitch is rated to 2700kg. Tyres are rated to 750kg each 195/55/r10. There is an unused spare wheel/tyre. Weighs approx 1500kg empty, so plenty of spare capacity to work with. The scan function works fine, but it times out before a signal is picked up. The manual says that it should ideally be oriented to north its about 120 degrees wrong where its parked! So I cant properly test this. Located 10 mins from Jn 8 /9 of the M27 just outside Warsash village. Sankey Expedition, Camping Trailer or mobile workshop. Built on a Sankey ex military chassis this has a custom built box made from 3mm aluminium checker plate so is really strong & solid. Chassis is in good condition and lights & brakes are in working order. The trailer has 7 external doors accessing various compartments 2 of which are fitted with slide out mechanisms, they currently have a gas hob and fridge fitted which are not included in the sale and will be removed but the sliders will stay. 1 of the doors is the full width and height of the back of the trailer so gives really good access to a huge compartment. There are also 2 internal lockers with the own doors and movable shelves. Has a full size roof rack fitted so you can fit your choice of roof tent and your away. For sale is my Trailer Lift, mobile car scissor lift. This has many uses from mobile vehicle repairs, displaying vehicles at car shows and transporting and repairing rally cars / race cars in service areas of events or mobile tyre fitting. This is a brilliant bit of kit. It was made by a company called trailer lift ltd. If you have a look on YouTube there are several videos of them being used. I brought the trailer to help my business as a mobile mechanic but have now opened a garage so unfortunately no longer need it. The trailer is fully self contained. You fold down the adjustable legs on each corner put the run on ramps down which are stored in a compartment behind the number plate. Place the rubber blocks under the vehicle connect the remote control to the control box and you can lift any type of car to any height you need, so you can work comfortably on it. It will lift a car high enough for someone over 6ft to comfortably work underneath it. The scissor lift is powered from a 24volts supply. Which is supplied by its self contained batterys meaning it can work in any location away from a mains supply. It also has a built in charger so you can recharge the batterys or run the scissor lift from a 240 volt feed when available. The trailer also has a winch mount fitted and you can power the winch from the trailer batterys so you can recover broken down vehicles. The run on ramps are very long so you can get low vehicles on and you can slacken the ramp over even more if needed both using the stabilising legs. Ive had everything from small city cars all the way up to double cab pickups it has no issues lifting anything. The trailer has recently had a lot of work carried out on it including a new wood deck using the proper water proof Buffalo board. The scissor lift has been blasted and repainted and new batterys fitted. All the trailer lighting and wiring has been replaced with new good quality led lights. The wheel have been sand blasted and powder coated and new tyres fitted and new brake cables fitted. The trailer comes with a new spare wheel.
