Erde 102 trailer, camping, compact tipping trailer with refurbished electrics

I have had this trailer from new. Mostly been stored in my garage so is in good condition. There was a bit of surface rust on a few areas which have been properly treated and resprayed. Electrics were refurbished by a trailer company before it was last used. It hasn’t been used for 5 years due to changing car without a tow bar and our cars are not rated for tow bars. Was only used for the tip run, so never had much weight in it. It stands upright for easy storage taking up little space. Also a tipping trailer – see photos. Manufactured in 2008, 300kg maximum load. 105 cm x 86cm x 32cm, overall length is 170cm. Obviously collection only, Gosport, Hampshire.

Duuo easy store compact car trailer used Store vertically

An ideal trailer if one is short of storage space. The chassis slips out and is stored inside the body. Photos explain better than words! When the trailer is packed away (not difficult) it is 54 cm or 21. Inches in depth, 114 cm or 45 inches wide and 214 cm or 7feet tall. The tailgate drops down the electrics have a 7 pin plug to connect to the car and a safety wire. I have fitted rear steadies but they are not long enough to reach the ground. Could easily be removed or made longer. The internal size is 130cm long by 114cm wide. It has had one new tyre fitted but both are ok. There is a cover that fits over the trailer with elastic straps the cover has 3 small holes in it that are taped over. The trailer has 4 castors on the no tailgate end, these make simple to move around for storage. I also include a converter to take the 7 pin plug to the modern socket. There is a problem with the lights, power gets there but the wrong bulb lights up. I have no time to sort it but a trailer board would sort the problem. This an ideal trailer for camping, tip runs or light building work. It really is a space saver.

They have been aerodynamically tested, hence the shape for very low drag. They are also constructed with a galvanised chassis with independent suspension. They have a very strong fibreglass/plastic body and hydraulic ram to lift lid section. It is finished in black over silver and looks very classy. This would be ideal for anyone who is really into camping or airport / private hire needs or someone who has a Smart car and needs that extra carrying space. These trailers are made very light with well balanced construction, making them very easy to tow and can also be towed by virtually any car on the market. It has only been used twice and is in excellent condition. The internal sizes of the box are approx 104 cms high width 130cms and length 172cms, the weight on the axle plate is saying 500kg and the plate near the ball hitch is saying 750kgs.
