The Camping/Utility Trailer built on a Caravan chassis is a 3/4 tonne trailer with a 4′ x 8′ aluminium body, equipped with brakes and lights for safety and functionality. This trailer is designed to be sturdy and durable for transporting various items while camping or for utility purposes. Being built on a caravan chassis this comes as standard with Brakes, adjustable tracking, integrated lights. A solid chassis (4mm thick steel) a 3mm thick aluminium body. Plywood floor lined with a single sheet of aluminium (for easy cleaning) Removable, lockable, waterproof lids. Separate Gas bottle storage, a removable lockable separate storage box. Wheel brace and jack. An automatic reverse system that stops the brakes coming on when reversing. It has recently had the brakes serviced, the chassis painted with a thick coat of Hammerite paint. The wiring professionally replaced. But the best thing about this trailer is that in all the thousands of miles it has covered. All over Europe it has never had the slightest weave or wobble. I can comfortably tow this at 80mph + on the German Autobahn. It has done many 10 hour trips fully loaded to the south of France and back and never given any problems. Where as many cheaper alternatives will start to wobble as soon as you hit 50mph. Apart from camping trips for both Family and youth organisations this has been used to transport heavy machinery, Motorcycles, welders, bricks, lathes without any trouble at all.

We mainly used it for transporting our inflatable boats and canoes around the lakes but it’s a great trailer many purposes. It’s a galvanised trailer so remains in amazing condition with working brakes, handbrake, jockey wheel, retractable levelling feet and electric cabling present (we just used a lightboard). It has 3 Firestonem tyres fitted and the besting seem absolutely fine (we have towed it a few hundred miles over the last few weeks). A great trailer which could be adapted into all sorts (flatbed trailer, boat trailer, bike trailer, box trailer etc). Collection from our home near Newby Bridge in the lake district please.
